Regarding Membership:
Any man who can compose and appreciate a good essay, irrespective of his own beliefs, culture, educational achievements, race, religion, sexual orientation, or social status is welcome to apply.
Sponsorship:
Each new member must be sponsored by three current members. If you know a current member, contact him and indicate your interest. If you are unsure, please review the alphabetical list of current members on the About Page of this website. If you know none of us, you may still apply.
The application process is simple and follows the following steps:
Download the interactive PDF file to your own computer to allow editing
Open the file using a PDF reader and complete the required fields
Save the completed form with a new file name as YourLastName_YourFirstName.pdf
Email the file to membership@literaryclub.org.
You may also print the file to your printer for your own record.
Requirements for Membership
Each new member is expected to write and to present an original essay, or dramatic work within the first three years of membership. Members are expected to write their own essays, and not rely on Artificial Intelligence or other technology to create their essays. Presentations are usually half an hour long. Dues are currently $60 paid annually. First year dues are slightly higher.
